Not looking good.

It's only 6 days away and I haven't seen any early buzz or reviews in. There hasn't even been a world premiere scheduled to take place prior to the theatrical release date, nor are there any advance screenings scheduled on the advance movie screening website. Something tells me that the studio is not very confident in the film.

It's probably going to get a very small release and then go to digital/Blu-Ray quickly. The trailers look awful and it's not hard to see why this has been sitting of the shelf for a while.

I don't anyone expects anything great from this movie, its basically going to be similar to a expletive filled, pervy, Robot Chicken sketch. The animation is not that great, and parts look a little meh, but I will still probably download it and maybe buy it when its cheap.

As for "The studio not having faith in it"- Seriously no one had even heard of this movie until about 2 months ago, and I will bet its theatrical release will probably consist of less than 100 theaters nationwide. This movie was never going to be a moneymaker by film industry standards, as I mentioned in an earlier post its budget was probably not even $10 million, so it will probably get its revenue through home video purchases, downloads, and redbox rentals.

I don't know how big of a release it's getting, but it has to be more than 100 nationwide. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska and our 14 screen theatre gets something obscure every once in a while, but not too regularly. And it's playing this starting tomorrow.

Awful, it could have made money if it was promoted more, even if it sucked or not.

Not at all.

It's bad anyway.
