Questionably Real

These guys are using their own trained gators in actual real life situations.

You can tell because the gators allow themselves to be approached and touched under the jaw with little to no resistance. A wild gator WILL rip your forearm off before you get close enough to tickle under its jaw. Same with a crocodile.

Likewise wild gators and crocs are far more alert of their surroundings.

A bunch of us were talking about this at work and our head croc catcher and animal behaviour expert of 40 years reckons the above is the case.

It's not reality, it's actuality.

Oh yeah good one Mitch. Im sure Paul getting his head bit in the season finale coming up was just to make it look at least alittle "questionably real"

I'm not saying it's necessarily all legit, but the editing makes it look a lot faster and easier than I'm sure it really is. You're not seeing things in real time, so we really have no idea how long it took before they could touch them under the jaw. They may be there for an hour or two, and we're seeing five minutes.

YAAAAAY! Now you go, lady!
