Younger brother's health

I know a LOT of fat people. I work with a lot of them, I'm friends with some, and related to a bunch. I live in Mississippi, which leads the nation in diabetes and obesity.
BUT... the younger brother looks more unhealthy to me than the average fat person. I don't know why. There are a ton of heavier people on tv, but he just looks bad to me.
Shrug.
