The dog did nothing wrong

Iy was the owners fault, and if anyone needed to be killed it was the owner. The first time this happened the owner should have had all his dogs taken away and banned for owning another animal. If the dog was put under the care of a responsible owner he would not have been killed. 99% of the time when a dog has behavior problems it is the owners fault. The irresponsible owner screws up and the dog suffers
