This was...spoilers

This seemes so non canon super tall collectors, asari with eight crests, all guns firing in full auto,James getting N7 while he didn't receive it until half way through Me3 and Treeya forgetting she was a biotic.

I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes

Those super-tall collector you only see on their ship are probably some improved specimens designed to operate the conversion machine. Also notice the lack of Scions, and only one Praetorian, because these are built using human genetic material.
Almost all guns are firing in full auto because they are machine pistols, and oddly enough, they are also using the Cerberus Harrier from ME3 which is about the only thing that doesn't make sense.
James was proposed for N7 before being assigned as Shepard's bodyguard, but because of that assignment he stopped the training, which was in incipient stage anyway. During ME3 he asks Shepard if he should resume the training.
Treeya is likely not at all biotic. Even though biotics are very common amongst asari, there are rare individuals that aren't. Not being biotic automatically denies any military carrier the asari would want to pursuit. She's a scientist, and a pacifist.

And how are these spoilers, since the events are supposed to happen sometimes while you are launching the suicide mission through the Omega 4 relay? That's like reading Mass Effect: Revelation, and saying it's a spoiler to the first title in the game trilogy.

When James jumps on the Praetorian, his Katana is definitely firing in full-auto. Also the Collector Rifle firing energy blasts is wrong.

The final scene of Paragon Lost shows James leading an N7 squad. He is NOT N7 before ME3 (Shepard says that Vega's N7 tattoo is premature).

Also, James-the-Shepard-fanboy not knowing who Liara was?

There were plenty of canon inconsistencies, but I still liked seeing Vega's back story anyway.
