For all the bad luck this movie had in production
...it really wasn't a bad film.

Just watched it on Netflix and was entertained. The people who decry films like this have never seen a truly terrible film, I'm guessing. Have they never had the misfortune to witness the absolute train wreck that is a SyFy Pictures Original or some of the borderline college production crap found on Netflix--and on the shelves of Blockbuster back in the day?
This was by no means an award-winning film; but it was well made with--if one is not willing to call it "good," then let's at least agree "decent"--directing, acting, and writing. And that's more than I can say of a lot of films.
I liked it also and thought it was entertaining. It did get a little slow at times but nothing terrible. Wish they had shown more shots of the Bishop gang during the gun battle. Didn't see anything really after the explosions at the beginning.
I love westerns, I hope they start making a few more good ones.
