why does everyone keep saying Dallas made Chilli get an abortion?

I didnt see the movie until the week after it came out but I was reading about it and I noticed on alot of websites people were saying Dallas made Chilli get the abortion.
When I finally saw the movie all I witness was Dallas and Chilli sitting in the car and Dallas saying "Its your choice" then he kissed her on the cheek and got out of the car.
That doesnt sound like he forced her.
Is this what happened in real life?
Was the abortion her choice, his choice or both of their choices?

I think the reason Chilli went through with the abortion was because she just started her career (TLC haven't debuted yet) & she probably thought that by having a baby this early in life her dreams of being a singer/performer would be over.

she made the right choice. she wasnt ready. but it all couldve been prevented had she kept her legs closed

I am sure they had a lot of hard heart to heart talks about it and It was left up to her. Chilli said their careers were just beginning and she herself said there was no way she was ready and able to have had a baby @ 20.... It always haunted her though.

It was really about the timing, as it was mentioned that TLC hadn't even released their debut yet, so Chili wouldn't have been able to really do the music videos, and the touring, and promotional stuff if she had carried her first pregnancy to full term.

I read thru post & shocked no one gave answer but same comments. I didn't know him personally but was friends w/ one of his cousins some time ago. Cant b sure if his info is correct but it was both of their decisions. Mainly came down to their careers. The movie made it about her due to given story more drama. If they showed the truth then would been boring scene.
