Was this filmed in ATL? One establishing shot was from Indianapolis.

I figure most of this was filmed in Atlanta or the usual places like NYC, Toronto, or LA. The end credits had a peach and something about filming in Georgia. But the establishing shot of the hospital where Tionne finds out she's pregnant is the hospital where I was born and that I pass by all the time here in Indianapolis: Methodist Hospital. That was so random! So was it filmed at several places or was that a random shot thrown in?
