Red Carpet Shade

I was wondering if anyone knew if the woman who was throwing shade at Left Eye on the red carpet was based off of a real celebrity or something.
T-boz and Chili defended Left-Eye in the scene and was thinking maybe they put this scene in there throwing shade at whoever that celeb was.
