I cant believe I'm the first.

anyway, what's with this nonsense about her being or not being "latina"? she isn't anyway, she's from a made up country if I'm not mistaken, like Kida and Giselle. although obviously Giselle is white but Kida's race is up for debate.

people complain that she "doesnt look" hispanic (i.e. dark like America Ferrera or Selena the singer) and oh it is so RACIST, now they'll probably complain that she's not a real disney princess like Snow White, Cinderella, etc. so she doesn't count as first Hispanic princess anyway.

Oy. Myself? I had no idea till today she was even supposed to be Hispanic. why does it matter? it's a culture anyway.

The disney channel seems obsessed with spanish people.......Its a freaking spanish lesson channel....First its a smack in the face to all other languages, how business uses spanish......Every other language had to adapt, its like they think the spanish are too stupid..

Second...these are people who the biggest group to enter the country completely illegally.....They work here and send U.S dollars out of the country more then any other group....a dollar goes much further in their `3rd world countries..They are simply over populating and bankrupting state by state, country by country like a spreading plague

The Spanish are from Europe. Mexicans are from North America, bordering the United States on its southern border. These are two separate peoples and cultures, yet you lump them together, sirtj228, complaining about the Spanish when you in fact mean the Mexicans. At least get that straight before you go on a tirade, otherwise you look like a fool, and it negates any valid points you may have actually had.
