is virginia married in S3?

I've heard some allusions to a husband but i've never seen him on screen as far as I can tell. if so, it might explain how the addition of a second out-of-marraige lover can be a hassle for her and why she's resistant. if she's not married, then i don't think her circumstances are that bad bc she's not overly attached to Bill.
