Review! (Spoiler-free!)

I just beat the game, took me 11 hours.

And to put it mildly... a goddamn masterpiece. Not only did it manage to emulate the feel and show perfectly in the cutscenes, but the actual gameplay as well. This game felt like 100% South Park.

There were nods and references to what seemed like EVERYTHING i remember from all the 17 seasons, in various ways, shapes and forms.

The gameplay mechanics were also fun and exciting all the way from the exploring parts, to the puzzle-solving parts and ofc the battle parts.
The battle parts especially were way more complex than I imagined them would be which was a nice surpise.

The writing was consistently spot-on. I honestly laughed out loud several times during this game and when I didnt I usually chuckled or at least had a huge smile on my face.

The story was full of twists and turns in the typical South Park-manner so you never knew where the story would go. I promise you, the trailers havent given away anything.

I have been a fan of this show since it begain airing, so that's going on 17 years now, soon 18. It have had some ups and downs as most shows but overall I have always loved it except for a handful of episodes (which considering how many seasons there are, is quite amazing.) but this game was pure perfection.

In all honesty, as a fan of the show it really paid off. Not only the based game Ive ever played that's based on a licence, it's also the South Park game Ive always wanted but never thought we'd get. Easily the funniest, most hilarious games Ive ever played and just pure entertaining all the way through. I didn't find any quest in the major storyline boring and I didn't find any of the sidequests boring either.

If youre a South Park fan, this is a must buy.
10/10

My play through was 20 hours the game is a god damn masterpiece and you can tell that a lot of love and affection went into this game. Not only is it so true to the show but it was one of the most entertaining rpgs that's not fallout or elder scrolls. Been watching this when it started I was in 3rd grade and they were in 3rd grade. I enjoyed the original game and love shack slash rally as a child but this is the game I've waited most of my entire life to play. Its a game that encourages you to explore every nook and cranny read all the hilarilus descriptions for junk weapons consumables etc. Best licensed game ever just beating the original ps2 punisher game. Ok scratch that the only licensed game that is a little better than stick of truth is the arkham series. A solid 10 out of 10 I had high hopes they were met and then raped with a giant black anal probe. I prayed that the game wouldn't suck and for once my prayers didn't fall on deaf ears. There's references to seemingly every EVERY episode. Beloved characters make their along awaited returns even if its by a hilariously misplaced cell phone or rummaging underground. Moo moo moo all your favorite songs are here and wait till you hear one of the best songs ever in 18 bit glory. Turn based combat flows amazingly specials are hilarious. Game encourages you to replay it again as a different class and you want to. Because who knows what you missed. Sometimes you need the right buddy to trigger a sentence in a room. Stan commented on my goldfish saying he had one just like it but he had to get rid of it cause it was killing people. No other characters talk about your gold fish. From the moment the last battle starts prepare for a roller coaster of hilarity. I love the fact that there's nonstop jokes about the protagonist.Must buy for anyone who has ever loved south park. And if you're a die hard fan like me your life as a south park fan will not be complete until you get this game. Now screw you guys I'm going home.
