what a stooge. making such arrogant claim that Singapore is a melting pot of cooking which is a huge farce. not even close. all Singapore cooking is mainly Asian cuisine. not even a trace of North American, European and Mediterranean cooking. guy obviously has no clue or hasn't been anywhere outside of Singapore.
