Chipman Hill Suites (B&B)

The B&B set in a beautiful historic town in Canada looked really lovely. I was trying to get my head around though of 90 rooms situated between 11 buildings run by one owner. Wow. I take it that it’s around 8 rooms per building. That’s an enormous job to undertake. The bit that this Bed & Breakfast did not serve breakfast was startling however I did notice a stove in one of the rooms. Are you serious? These rooms were smallish and to have cooking smells plus the grime that would be embedded into the walls would create a huge amount of cleaning, hence the poor over worked staff. Get rid of the kitchen area in the rooms and make more areas in the other buildings for a breakfast area. The little space they created is meant to cater for around 180 people if they have a full house. So I’d say they need more.
I was sorry to see that 2 housekeepers left so I hope it was other reasons than Susan going back to her old Evil Self. I have worked under 3 women bosses and each one of them was a doozey. Don’t know why they want to be so controlling, don’t delegate and then throw up their hands and whinge that they have to do everything because what you do is never good enough.
