These hotel owners don't havae a friggin clue. They are so scared of technology and computers they refuse to even have a web site. I can't believe a hotel owner would not use a computer in the hotel or advertise online with a web site but instead say "Paper Doesn't Crash - Computers Do"

They're not scared of technology, just cheap. The use the excuse so they don't have to spend money on technology. They're too stupid to realize the technology will bring them more money and save a lot in the long run. I had a boss that thought like that. He was a cheap dumb-ass.

Computer programs with web-sites, back-up clouds, etc rarely crash. I would hate to see what would happen to their records if someone dropped a lit cigarette in their file room.
