I just see Mary as not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, and now that Moe is gone and she's soloing, I find her even harder to watch.

Hope you're not suggesting that people who use cannabis aren't functional and cannot own businesses. It does not have addicting qualities and it does not harm brain function at all.
shareI use medical Cannabis for health issues (legal in my state of California) and I very much doubt she is baked. She may be high on something, but I doubt that either. Did see how her eyes look red sometimes but this could be caused by many things like allergies.
When people are actually high they're not hyper fast talkers like she appears to be in the show.
