What a totally unoriginal, derivative piece of crap show. It looks like some committee watched a bunch of 30 Rock reruns and adapted it to some Canadian school. Is the CBC capable of anything original or are they satisfied with board-room produced derivative drivel? Another waste of Canadian taxpayer money.

What a wasted life to be watching CBC reruns all summer. You should get a better tv antenna that can pick up more than that single CBC channel you're only getting.

Of all the shows to choose from, why the OP chose to compare this to 30 Rock is beyond me.

I don't think it is that much like 30 Rock, more like the Office. But I agree that it is not very good and most of what CBC produces is drivel (at least if we are talking about comedy).

So how come you're still catching the show in its third season? So why do watch the CBC at all?

You're right OP this show is garbage! Even horrible by CBC's incredibly low standards. It's no more funny than Air Farce was. How do we fire everyone at the CBC?

I haven't seen 30 Rock, but this show is definitely derivative of The Office, or at least the lead character (David Brent/Michael Scott).

I would agree with the other posters that this show is more like The Office's US version. But you're on the nose for calling out this show for sucking.
