Who's the big bearded guy?

just came back from a screening... and i'm racking my brain trying to figure out a familiar face...

ok so i think he showed up backstage at the Lyon concert (Théatre Antique de Fourvière, Lyon, France)... He was backstage after the gig and taking pictures... i'm asking because the minute he came on, the group next to me recognized him and i felt that i was missing something...
