Pretty good I enjoyed the ride

Agreed, it's very predictable and cliché, but yet I was entertained. Kingsley was hilarious.

I enjoyed it too. It's very silly in many places but it was fun watching Hopkins and Kingsley together, and everyone else was OK too.

I just actually watched it, and give it 8.4 on a scale of 10 for unheralded action movies, not for major greatest films of all time. A very pleasant surprise: a script (not plot, but script) that is inventive and not plodding, as is usual for this genre; a solid cast (Anthony Hopkins, Ben Kingsley, Felicity Jones and Nicholas Holt); and car-chase sequences with some real thought, cinematography and editing. Before writing this, I skimmed through some of the predictive posts in this area, written by quarterwits who either live in mom's basement, should instead be doing their homework, or both. They were cracking themselves up with snarky quarterwiticisms about how bad this movie was going to be. On the contrary, if you like crime and action movies, this is a little gem.
