Meh - major plot hole disguised as plot twist! (spoiler)

Meh -

So yeah hire two English actors to play Americans in Germany....hmmmm. Could have been so much better, Ben Kingsley at his worst. Major plot hole disguised as plot twist!

(spoiler)

So uh, Hagen Kahl (Anthony Hopkins) and his boys wouldn't have noticed that the truck was empty...aka void of golf balls filled with cocaine? They just didn't notice the weight difference or bothered to check the cargo after the serious crash? The precious precious cargo...should be fine, no need to check it.

I found myself hitting the fast forward button and rolling my eyes, could have so much more.

Yeah, that was a load of crap. You crash a truck and not check the cargo at all? That was laughable.

I've worked in road transportation, and that wasn't my issue, the switcharoo was. Not that they can pull it off, rather that they spent not much time mentioning it, so it would stick.

When a truck/lorry falls over, it's not 5 minutes to remove it from a ditch/side of the road. As such, nobody would be that stupid to go down there, and open the door for any onlooker to see, so while they did not show it, they called professional help, had to fill out the incident report for a dummy cargo, find a driver who admits causing the incident, and it is only after that, that they can haul in a safe place to check to not arouse suspicion. If this were real life, they'd have also had to share the GPS data, that they couldn't as it was stolen, they got lucky.

Unlike stealing an empty truck from the same company with the same GPS tracker.

I live in the Gordius Apartment Complex, my interior designer was M.C. Escher.
