No Meggy?

Didnt see him in tonights ep, wonder if hel be in the other eps or if like a couple of the lads from the film he no longer knocks about with them (im assuming thats the case with the 2 skinheads as they were never mentioned in 86).

I wondered this too. Meggy was great in TIE86, the heart attack, the possible son.

Unless I'm mistaken, they never really remarked on how he (and banjo for that matter) went from being a right bastard in the film, to lovable sod in '86. If he does appear then I'd like to see something on that.

Apparently Meggy died of a heart attack whilst taking a dump in the Indian food aisle at Asda.

Funnily enough, that's entirely true. I forget who tweeted it, but that's the story, apparently. Perfect.

It's just as well, I always thought Meggy was an odd character for the series.

Personally I thought Meggy's son story from 86 was 100% cheese.

I agree with you - I was delighted not to see Meggy back, that storyline in TIE86, i think was meant to be funny but as you say it was just completely cheesy, I guess the writers must have thought that too seeing as they got rid. I was glad he wasnt back, but of an irrelevent character tbh.
