The question nobody asked the self-styled "Queen of Versailles"

She kept saying that the other couple needed people to do all the work for them. So, Jackie, who is going to do all the work for the 50 or so servants who wait on you hand and foot, huh? Or are they some other species (i.e., the servant class) who don't have the same needs as you?

It seems to me that people who have others raise their children for them (get this "mother" of 6 who is "afraid of babies") are teaching their kids that there is a separate kind of human who exists to do all the dirty work, while you, the rich, do what is fun.

Jackie kept talking about being "romantic." Which apparently by her definition means dressing up in thousands of dollars worth of clothes (which looked damned tacky to me by the way) and going out and spending more money at a fancy restaurant or club. So I guess spending time with someone you love in nature, for instance, can never be romantic.

I wonder how much this trashy millionairess knows about the real palace of Versaille, other that that it cost a lot of money to build, and was full of servants. Does she realize that the starving masses of French people eventually got sick of the self-indulgent aristocrats and whacked their spoiled heads off? She certainly knows nothing about what it means to be a real Queen. Real Queens had their husbands picked for them by their fathers, and spent their lives in suffocatingly boring ceremony, where the most exciting thing they might do is embroidery.

And that pathetic husband of hers couldn't even take one day off from his oh-so-important work making more millions to spend a day with his kids. What a jerk.

I agree she is trash and the husband seemed almost brain-numb to anything beyond himself. He was repulsive, hitting on Juliet. I wonder if they're both on drugs. What else could explain their odd outlook on life and their apparent disinterest in their children?

Everything about those people was pretty sickening. Building a 90000 square foot house for one family when you already live on a private island in a house so big you need 30 staff and can go days without seeing anyone. Thinking it's amusing that your wife pops out babies in exchange for diamond bracelets then brings them home and hands them off to nannies to raise. But it's okay because sometimes they go to 3 charity dinners in one night. And not going on the camping trip wasn't about having a company to run. It was about he didn't want to go on the camping trip so he didn't.

When "the queen" was leaving she asked who will miss her and not 1 of the kids said anything or hugged her unless they cut it out. I did watch the documentary on Netflix after watching Wife Swap. It did show her doing things with the kids but maybe that was all for the cameras.

How does a mother with 8 kids go on TV and admit she never changed a diaper? Then say holding a baby terrifies her? She is an educated smart lady, doesn't she realize how bad that makes her look?

Their kids are still young and they never sit down and have dinner together, it's ridiculous. Jackie seems like she has a big heart but she is failing badly with the people that mean the most, her children. Buying the kids whatever they want isn't making them happy. They have a father and mother that don't spend ANY time with them and they are longing for affection from their parents.

He has an older son from a previous marriage. In the documentary he said when his parents divorced that he would starve most of the time and they were very poor. He said the only thing he had was nice clothes that he would get for his birthday or Christmas. How does someone with that much money let his kids starve? I don't understand how David wasn't paying thousands a month in child support being so rich. I'd sure like to hear more from his ex's and older children. He has at least 5 other children from previous marriages.

You have all that money, why put yourself in such danger of losing everything because you want to build a $100,000,000 home? I think they said they spent 4 million just on marble and another 5 million on doors and windows. He earned it from hard work and long hours so it's his to blow. They do give a lot to charity so we can't be mad at them, lol. People are going to hate their frivolous spending because people are jealous. I'm jealous, lol. Just 50,000 or 100,000 would make my life so much easier like most people. Then you see them spend that on a vase or what ever.

Many of us are so much richer than them though having close and loving relationships with our kids.

And now one of her daughter's killed herself. So sad... Maybe if you had paid more attention to her instead of your self-importance needs...

I find it amusing that the Siegels now have a full staff, and she has a "glam team". If you have seen the documentary, she even admitted she wished she would have had her own makeup artist and blah blah blah.

They DID NOT have that much staff. They definitely built it up for this show. I really dont think they now have 30+ staff. So fake.

This family lives about 30 mins from me and Orlando isnt that fabulous with all these celebrities. She acts like shes from Bev Hills LOL. They can afford everything in this town because its not as high priced as NYC or Bev Hills.

Their house had dog poop everywhere, and they had maybe 4 people working for them ... They didnt have a chef. Westgate is still going here, I know people who work for that company. And I know it has come up since the documentary, but I think they upped it for this show.
