Going in, I really expected next to nothing because of the reviews and rating, but it actually wasn't as terrible as I originally thought! Yeah, you'll probably question the ending, and you'll have to be open minded, but there are way worse horror films than this out there!
Have to agree for what it was/is its better than a lot of bigger budget stuff. I can see it having a small following. I thought Leonard was friggin hilarious

I didn't mind it either. I frequent imdb quite often, but these days movies are either a "masterpiece to be celebrated" or "the worst trash ever created".
Even with the terrible reviews, i gave it a shot anyway because i am a glutton for "scary" movies. (always looking for that feeling of being scared like i had as a kid. Very hard to find indeed)
I actually enjoyed it. Probably thanks to such low expectations going in, but regardless, movie goers need to lighten up. Not every movie is going to be perfect. I have seen a great deal of movies, and this is hardly the worst of them.
