Plastic surgery costs money and we see that their main priority is her TITS! Those poor kids...they are nothing to them but tragic status symbols and products of conspicuous consumption.

It depends on the individual. Every wealthy person I know has a college fund for their child(ren)! The NOT-wealthy people do, too! One family fully funded a college fund for each child at birth. I was shocked to see the money these people wasted, yet they didn't think about their children's' educations.
And I blame Jackie the most, because she should have seen how he treated his first family. That is a huge red flag.

It sounded like there were no plans for the kids to attend college. After the crash, Jackie said she told the kids they "might have to attend college now" and actually find careers of their own.
The kids are doomed. "Who do you blame when your kid is a brat? Pampered and spoiled like a Siamese cat..."
I didn't notice her breasts getting noticeably bigger to the point where I suspected plastic surgery, though she did appear to have put on weight by the end of that so that could've explained things. However, a boob job is what, 7k and can be purchased on credit. College tuition for eight kids on the other hand cannot.
