a man whom I used to work for always said "you've identified the problem now what's the solution - the first part is easy the second not so much" I think this applies to this challenging documentary

At the very least, the less harmful drugs should be legalized along the lines of alcohol, and drug abuse should be treated as a health problem.

I'm finding that with a lot of documentaries lately. They spend 90 minutes focussing on the problem and then a few minutes on the solution. It serves to make a viewer feel *beep* enough about the situation that they feel a great sense of hopelessness....leading to inaction.
