shareI found it funny that in "The Possession" board many attacks the film for showing the girl's underwear in that last few minutes of that confrontation, yet here Hushpuppy runs around mostly in her underwear and no one complains. I wonder were are the same people and what are their standards.

junktom, part of the reason behind this would be because the few bigots and/or 'socially elite' that show up here on IMDB (that represent an even greater macrocosm of bigots) could care less about a poor black girl with little to nothing to wear. They could care less about her well being or if she lives or dies. To say nothing of if she is running around in her underwear or not.
