If ever a film defied its description...............

It has to be this one.

Hauntingly Beautiful, Spectacular, Unmissable, Extraordinarily Uplifting, A True Original. These are just some of the adjectives used to market this film and like a sucker I fell for it.

I have never been so disappointed in a movie in my life. I was expecting something really special and I just found it as dull as ditch water. I couldn't feel any empathy whatsoever with any of the characters, a lot of the dialogue was incomprehensible especially the Wink character. The sound editing was atrocious. The school teacher seemed to be trying to put herself across as some kind of Earth Mother but she was just a piss head like almost everyone else in the film. I struggled to understand which parts were real and which were fantasy. I stuck with it for the duration hoping for a moment of enlightenment but there wasn't one. Not a film I'd want to watch again, my copy went straight to the charity shop. I didn't even give it a rating it was so poor.

This means something, this is important.
