8/10 Corruption of what is reality/information and the daily struggle

8/10
This movie plays down the politics and rushes to the normative segregation of value between and Jews (jews and not israelis due to the belief, when suitable, in a religious supreme right to screw over others) and Palestinians.
The struggle to maintain legally owned land has hardly ever been more clear to the outsider, by using the same legal means as Israelis the struggling citizens of Palestine makes it clear that Israel must formally commit either to segregation (which only informally is taking place) pretty identically to how Nazi imposed onto the jewish population to live in specific areas around WW2 or commit to abiding their own laws and live up to the role that is required by what is set by the jewish religion (being the victim and actually adhering to behaving like someone who knows what that is like does).
It does expose this, not with malcontent or spite but with showing the daily struggle against being opressed. It's much like a metaphor for working in a labourcamp that our director sets out with his daily work - he does not leave his camera and even if it feels a little staged it does seem credible that he chooses it above his wife as he risks his life on a daily basis.

Pro's
•A realistic narrative/storyline
•The people and relating to each other as people
•Considering the material he seems to had had available it's good cinematopgraphy, it also seems like the clips has been chosen due to clarity.
•The glimmer of light we get, was later shatterd by the Israeli war on Palestine issued due to uncertain attacks (whenever Israel needs a cause some rockets are fired - if people do not understand that some if not a majority are falseflag attacks I feel sorry for the state of human kind).

Con's
•Cinematography, sound etc (for obvious reasons)
•Could have used some larger notes on how Palestinians are being pushed back overall, mapwise.

[Political rant]
The Syrian war, the pretense for furthering the Golan Heights snatch and grab and for the USA war machine to rumble (which furthers socio-economic segregation in USA i might ad) is causing huge flows of refugees to Europe and exposing the stranglehold on EU politicians that is had by USA et al. We are closing in on interesting times regarding the formal global powerstructure as USA is pressed to pushing their hand bluntly.
As long as Israel can act as they want under the "protection" of USA UN's resolutions holds no weight (and so does US actions in there) and one of the key global forums can't be used efficiently or be viewed as serious.

The hope for peace is with the Israeli youth and their willingness to educate themselves no matter what reality they awake to, which might be harder struggle struggle than most others for Isrealis when everyone faces assimiliation into the military and most into the victim mentality of the jewish religion.

[EDIT] Changed the rating from a strong 7 to an 8.

Ignorance is only a bliss if you haven't reached awareness.
My imdb posts are getting altered.
