We Learned So Little

I understood his issues with his wife but her issues with her husband were non existent.

We never really know who is the father, but I felt it was by her husband.

Some one said they were going to get divorces and get back together when they were final... If this were true then why wait 6 months, they were already betraying there spouses so why be honorable in letting them go.

We never know what is her issues with her husband it seemed as if she loved him and she was with him for more of the fact that it was for the kid. If she did not love him Then what was holding her back.

They never spoke of there betrayal to there spouses.

For me, it seemed much more physical a relationship. She kind of frowns in the last scene plus she says she's never leaving her husband.

The flaw with this movie IMO is the notion that you can create a serious relationship out of hotel room trysts. There's SO much more to relationships such as how you interact together with other people, things you mutually enjoy besides what you can do in a hotel bed, etc. I just couldn't buy that they'd fallen madly in love.

Amy: I swear to God...I swear to God! That is NOT how you treat your human!

Yeah, I tend to think that it was more of an obsession and that if they did actually get together in a real sense, it would be a toxic relationship with a lot of fighting about what each of them sacrificed in their previous life to be together.
