So the police have a live feed of the bank lobby where the gunmen are sitting, they know all the hostages are at least 200 feet away, down a small flight of stairs locked in the break room. All the blinds are closed and it looks like the bank door is really thick so the robbers can't see outside so why in the name of god do they not get swat team right up at the doors, wait till both gunmen are sitting down then burst in. They wouldn't have time to get to the hostages by the time they were taken out. I mean I'm no police officer or hostage negotiater but it seems pretty logical....

Not only that, but when they leave the bank at the end, why not put sharp shooters up on the roof tops? The bank robbers come out, completely exposed, and there is nobody there? Rhona could have easily had a vest concealed under her shirt, and she was far enough away from them to take them out if they made a move at her to grab her as a hostage.
