Netflix subtitles

Some of the Netflix subtitles are completely different to the spoken words on screen, or sometimes displaying dialogue that doesn't even exist (e.g. the courtyard fight). Is the Blu-ray like this too?

Haha glad someone else noticed that too. There were moments where the subtitles were completely off or simply 'made up.' who does this crap? Lol
