Hilarious Comedy

imagine this was a keystone cops episode, to get the criminals to come out we showers them with hoses for hours causing thousands in damage to neighboring homes ,when that doesnt work we drop some C4 from a helicopter, that starts a fire and burns down 3 blocks of homes,which we get the tax payers to rebuild only to find out that the contractors skimmed on quality to pocket more profit and now the homes are condemned.
