Absolutely. It's been a while since I saw that, but yeah.
Have to say that the guy in An education came off as less creepy and more redeeming than Roland though. And the Carey Mulligan character seemed more mature as well.
Oh yeah. They are both movies with female protagonists in 1960s England.
I preferred "An Education" though. It had a better script and editing.
