would put up with their friend getting so close to their Father. Ginger doesn't even know what sex is but it destroys her inside and doesn't ask either to back off I don't know I didn't like this

I don't think she should have had to ask them to back off in the first place.
Her father made a poor decision and her best friend nabbed a father-figure at the expense of their friendship. Sisters before Misters!
Poor Ginger. What a complete mind-fck.
