Linda...

...was a complete moron. I instantly disliked her almost as much as I disliked Tonia with the 'survivors at the US Open joke'.

It was awful, uncomfortable, embarrassing and served no purpose...no one - not one living person - laughed, yet she almost broke a rib.

In this instance, I actually think Tania was the less loathsome.

It's a guaranteed disaster...like eating a burrito before sex.

That lipstick though!

I hated that joke as well. It made it worse when she was laughing so hard at it. Middle-aged women are just not funny.

reply

That was a terrible joke.

reply

That joke was as horrible as her purple eyeshadow.

They're, their, there. They're different. Trust me on this.

reply

She came across very arrogant and it was very hard for me to have any sympathy for her. The joke definitely sucked

I didn't know what to make of her, I felt sorry for her as she had obviously been through a very traumatic event, but yes, she seemed to be desperate and needy like Tania. You got the impression that her and Tania would have been very cliquey and that saw themselves as the elite of the survivors group and would have not been so friendly to others - and she admitted she was totally on Tania's side when they ousted the founder of the group Gerry which was really mean and horrible and she was just as at fault there.

reply

Linda was very sad and pathetic as well. Seemingly her whole life became about being a 911 survivor. More to be pitied than anything else.
