What, no Frank Welker?

The man's got a great range of voices and a legacy of characters. Perhaps he wasn't available at the time? Did the documentarians find his voice too aged to explore? Just a curiosity. But at least there's a Megatron to be found in the film, David Kaye.

Not to mention there's no Simpsons VAs either. I guess the cast've said all they can about their work on the show's DVDs. In any case, looks like a good doc for animation buffs like myself.

It appears Nancy Cartwright is on the list.

What month of 2013 is it supposed to come out?

And when it does come out will they actually show it in the movie house or will it be straight-to-DVD?

reply

No Jim Cummings either :(

Wiggle your big toe.

reply

Cummings is.. He is in traler #2

reply

Just because its not listed on IMDB doesn't mean he's not in it.

Do you honestly think they would purposely leave Frank Welker out of a movie like this? John DiMaggio said that Welker turned it down because he doesn't like talking about himself.

George Carlin: It's all bullsh-t and it's bad for ya.

reply

I think I heard John say that in a Futurama commentary.

reply

Look at the trivia for this peopl... He was asked, but turned it down.

reply

No Sue Blu either. Are you kidding me????

reply

Frank and Tress refused to do the documentary

The idiots wanted more money to appear and John want going to pay the loons that amount.

reply

No, it's because they don't like talking about their own work, which is why Welker hardly ever does any conventions (he's pretty much the only major voice actor who's never been to Comic-Con), and why McNeille only started doing them in the past couple of years.
