He is not listed in the Credits but I do believe that is his voice on the voice-over. You think so?

I assumed it was Allan - or, rather, Robert Gustafsson as Allan. As a matter of fact, the subtitles show it is Allan.

i saw that too. but I STILL think it sounds like stellan sk.!! but i'm just as likely to be wrong as right.

It's not a narrator, it's a voice over and it's Allan (Robert Gustafsson) speaking about his life as they show it happening. How did you watch it? Since you didn't get that.

No, it is not Stellan Skarsgård. It's Robert Gustavsson, the same guy who plays Allan. Kind of makes sense since it's him doing the narrative ;)
