Why is there no voting yet?

The movie premiered almost a week ago, so why is there still no voting yet? Is there something we can do to turn the voting on?

I've tried to write a mail to imdb about it, but unusually - they don't respond with anything other than a standard-phrase.
Try to do the same. They must listen! :)

I contacted the director (aleksandernordaas.com) who told his producer to ask IMDb to update the status.

And it seems to have worked. Since now you can vote.

IMDb is user based. The users send in changes (via the "Update" button at the bottom), and the IMDb staff just confirms it in most cases.

In other words - when it wasn't possible to vote, it was because no one bothered to tell IMDb that it was released until after it premiered ;)
