How much screentime for Van Damme?

There is a main character that goes up against a crew of bad guys that pulled a heist in Vegas. The film is like Reservoir Dogs in that all characters stand out in their own way and are all very prominent, with the plot focusing slightly more on the main good guy and the leader of the heist crew. JCVD (plays one of the bad guys, but not the leader) gets plenty of screen time, but I felt this was another generic role for him that he sleepwalks through. Some of his dialogue was unintelligable (happening a lot lately) and sadly he just seems doped up on anti-depressants again.

It's a decent movie and worth the watch if you are a Van Damme fan, I just felt it tried to focus on too many characters and in my opinion it dragged on a little bit.
