Uncharismatic Lead

I think my biggest problem with the film, aside from some of it's overly "wannabe american indie" tone, was just how off-putting the lead actor was. I couldn't work out if it was his lack of discernable eyebrows/facial hair or his conkly nose, I just didn't like having to look at his face.
