I couldn't really take that seriously.
Realistically, she would have been shaved/waxed or hand a landing strip or some other style.
She was working in a strip club where they serve alcohol. I know the movie's in Canada, but where I live in the US, you can only have fully nude strippers at BYOB strip clubs. Clubs that serve booze are topless only. So that could explain that.

That varies from state to state and city to city. In Atlanta GA you can have full nude and serve alcohol.
