The Unbroken acquired by Inception Media Group?

Looks like The Unbroken might be available to a wider audience this summer. According to The Preternatural Post at http://www.preternaturalpost.com/2013/inception-media-to-release-ghost ly-good-horror-projects/ it's been acquired by Inception Media Group and will be released in some form in mid-May 2013. Anyone have more information? Like will it be in theaters or going straight to video/DVD/Blu-ray?
