So is it ever said what debilitating conditions the employees have that they can smoke weed?

None, they are just using the system to get high.

LOL its like having alcoholics working at a Liquor store.....just a stupid show and it looks like its canceled....i have not seen it in some time....

Alcoholics DO work at liquor stores and at bars but guess what - responsible drinkers also work at liquor stores and bars. Just like responsible smokers may work at dispenseries as well. The hypocrisy of people in this country is mind bending. Alcohol destroys so many lives, kills so many people with liver diseases, drunk fights, drunk driving, etc. but there's Coors and Bud Light advertising EVERYWHERE. Pot is no worse than alcohol - just regulate it and calm down.
