Abusing soldiers who where drafted is the equivalent of blaming someone for being a victim of a crime, A lot of these men didn't choose or want to go so why blame them. Even the soldiers who volunteered had been brainwashed about how serving your country is the best thing anyone can do and how world war 2 soldiers where the best generation ever.
