For people who watched it. What was with the dark man who kept appearing and disappearing? What was with the baby? And what was with the coma guy? Also who was killing everyone? And near the end when the cop tried to suffocate the coma guy, why didn't he just shoot him?

"Didn't understand it"? You and me both. I can only answer your last question and that is that British police don't carry guns as a matter of course. As for the other questions, I hope that someone comes along and answers them for both of us :o)
