Inconsistent, Hammy and Contrived

I feel bad for writing a negative post but this film really didn't engage me in the slightest. Poor set design, terrible acting, confusing plot (apocalypse? possession? cult?) and somewhat dodgy FX (even for the budget) completely switched me off and annoyed me at points. I saw it through to the end because I am not the kind of moron who switches off after 10 mins; I am glad I saw it but at the same time feel I did kind of waste my time in giving it the attention. Oh well.
