At the end, after all of this horror, Lucas lifts up Klara. He touches her for the first time again. For me this is a strong moment because Lucas cares about her. And this is a big step for him after all he has been trough because of her. They are finally friends again.

Unfortunately the accusation was enough. Their trust of Lucas has been broken and he will never know what people are thinking about him behind his back.

To me, that was actually the opposite. That scene was like the end of a horror movie where it says, "Actually....it's still alive".
Notice how Klara latches on to him again tightly, and then smiles and waves while leaving. That's the same thing she did when she "fell" for him. That was her "falling in love" again. Which means she might get angry and lie about him again. Seeing as how she seems to have some kind of emotional issues, this might actually happen.
To me, that was the, "It's not over" scene and it might get worse.
