Where were the concert / dining selections shot ? Tavern on the Green in NYC ? Or some other restaurant in Manhattan ?

Her old school, Sacred Heart Catholic School (all girls) in Manhattan

From what I understood everything was shot there, yes, the dining scenes are in the dining hall.
