There should be a story dlc

That covers the other side of the law
And i know it will never happen
But say it did
And its set in LS again, maybe after the main story, (though it would probably only work if the third way turns out to be the canonical ending), it has three protagonists again and they are

Dave Norton

A young female protege (its passed being about time that rockstar gave female protagonists a chance in this series)of his who becomes endangered towards the end after she makes it hard for Norton to"keep old secrets"

And a good cop trying to clean up a force filled with corrupt cops(he'd basically
be the Jim Gordon of GTA, but more real world and not working with any badass costumed vigilantes cos this is gta not a comic)

It should have three endings to choose from like the main game
And it should have a lot more missions than the gta4 dlcs but no where near as much as the main game cos obviously it'd merely be a dlc for somthing much bigger like TLAD and TBOGT were

As much as I'd like to see a GTA game where you can play on the other side of the law for a change, that's not going to happen because there are rules for cops. Things you can and can't do, which goes against everything the GTA series stands for. You can't just go on a kill-crazy rampage like you can as one of the criminal protagonists of the series, you'll have to answer for that crap. I'm not sure even Rockstar would be able to make compelling gameplay out of Internal Affairs hearings.

You could play as a dirty/corrupt cop...
