If they spoke telepathically, Why did they always have to do this out loud? maybe this is a silly question.

I don't think they spoke telepathically, they had could see , hear, smell, etc. What the other could. But they could not read each others mind, so they had to speak out loud and hear each other back through the person who was speaking ears.

Understood.. So why didn't they just act like they were using Bluetooth? (earphones), etc?

Everyone has the same problem with this plot hole. From what I understand the original story idea was 30+ years old, which explains why Joss Whedon didn't think about it initially. They probably should have set this film at least in the 90's or earlier to make this plot point work.

Interesting concept executed badly with terribly miscast actors and stupid dialogue. I could go into detail but it's not worth the effort but it's not a good sign if I wished they'd fallen under that train...
